DESIGN.
Starting with your vision as the foundations, we work closely with you to develop a design brief. Evolving ideas, adding to them and creating dream homes.We bring together the technical and material requirements for the build with the design and finish preferences of the client. Our trusted architects and engineers will illustrate this vision for us, in order to establish the technical requirements and costs involved. After we have obtained any necessary permissions, the project can begin and follow the JHF build process detailed below.

BUILD.
Once you have your architectural and structural drawings, we review these, complete a site meeting and provide you with a formal estimate for the project.
Throughout the project, you will receive regular progress updates and be guided through the process from start to finish by your assigned Project Manager, overseen by our Company Director.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As well as crafting your home to your exact requirements, we go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable, informed and supported throughout every stage of the building process.

OUR KITCHENS

We work with our clients to source the most appropriate kitchen manufacturer for your design brief and budget. Then with our experts, we work with you to design your dream kitchen ensuring every practicality is considered whilst not compromising on aesthetics. Once your design is finalised , our team of highly skilled carpenters will bring that design to life. A wow factor kitchen is 75% down to installation. It’s the custom made detailing and finishing that makes the real difference! Please see the following slides for some of the finest kitchens created for our clients.

CARPENTRY & JOINERY

With 5 experienced carpenters and 2 carpentry apprentices on our team, Rosewood excels where carpentry is concerned. From hand cut roofs and external timber cladding to the finishing internal touches of 2 nd fix, Rosewood will accept nothing but the very best when it comes to quality and craftsmanship.
