When Rosewood Contacting was in its infancy as JF Carpentry we started out doing purely loft conversions before growing and taking on other aspects of construction.

As a result of this we have more experience as a company in loft conversions than anything else and are able to deliver the highest quality loft conversions, adding additional living space to your property, whilst at the same time increasing the value of your property.

Working with our designers, architects and structural engineers we start to bring your vision to life while also Establishing the technical requirements and costs involved to create your dream home.

THREE

Build

After we have obtained any necessary permissions, your project can begin! Throughout the project you will receive regular progress updates and guided though the process from start to finish by your assigned project manager.
